### Steps

#### 1. Go to Visits

* Open the **Visits** section

#### 2. Click “New Visit”

* Select **Log** **Visit**

#### 3. Select the patient

* Search and choose the correct patient

#### 4. Select visit details

* Choose the **visit type**
* Select the **route** if required
* Enter any additional visit information

#### 5. Record the compound used

* Select the correct **compound**

#### 6. Select the lot

* Choose the correct **lot number**

#### 7. Enter the quantity

* Enter the amount used during the visit

👉 Be accurate—this affects inventory

#### 8. Review the visit

Before saving, confirm:

* Correct patient
* Correct compound
* Correct lot
* Correct quantity

* Click **Save**

### After saving

* The visit is now recorded
* Inventory may be updated based on what was entered
* The visit can be archived when complete
